experience for your

Prior to dealing with
Diamond Exchange for my
engagement ring I
visited virtually every
possible avenue
available to me in my
search. After months of
frustration
(price/service/lack of
knowledge) and almost
settling for purchasing
what I now know is an
extremely overpriced
ring from a brick and
mortar store, I luckily
came across Diamond
Exchange's website. At
first, I was hesitant
purchasing from a store
that I found on the
internet. I did as much
due diligence as
possible and after
speaking to Michael and
considering the
alternatives, I decided
to take the step in
purchasing a ring from
them. Having the ring
in my possession today I
am glad I did. Michael
was able to offer me a
selection of diamonds
that fit my criteria,
particularly the Hearts
and Arrows design, which
seemed to be impossible
or extremely hard for
the businesses I
previously visited to
offer. Having shopped
for a ring extensively
prior to dealing with
Diamond Exchange, I am
able to say that I have
saved at least 40%+ of
the price being offered
by the brick and mortar
stores for a diamond and
ring of comparable
quality and size.
Michael/Shaun were both
extremely knowledgeable
in helping me finalize
the design of my ring.
I was worried that I
would not be able to
contact them once they
received payment and
while waiting for the
ring. However, someone
was always available to
respond to my inquiries
promptly. I was also
very impressed with
their estimated
deadlines as they never
exceeded more than a day
of the promised
deadlines. Having said
that, this did not stop
me from checking in on a
regular basis, which
they were more than
willing to respond to or
provide an update.
Along with my ring, the
package included the
original diamond
laboratory certificate
and ice scope to examine
the diamond, all of
which speaks to the
level of professionalism
that was apparent
throughout the process.
I am extremely happy
with the finished
product and would
recommend Diamond
Exchange to anyone.

Hi Michael
After shopping at
several
jewellery
stores in Southern
Ontario, we visited the
Diamond Exchange in
Toronto. We had a
private meeting with
Michael, a very
knowledgeable company
representative. We were
given factual
information about the
way in which diamonds
are evaluated for
quality and price. We
purchased a 1 carat
engagement ring that was
graded and certified,
and the price was at
least 30-40% less than a
comparable diamond at
any of the
jewellery
stores we visited. The
service was excellent
and the ring is
gorgeous.
